Well it has been an eye opener into my past and now on to my future.

Ive learned a lot and now with the new coping tools I can let go of my shame and see a brighter future.

Ive learned its not difficult to get well with a few simple things.

Im going back to the gym and going to go out with like minded friends and start every day with positive thoughts.

It seems simple because it is and Im grateful for all the help of my counselor and the kindness and support from Clint.
