Well Clint today was my final counseling session and I can’t say enough about it helped me understand what I’ve been dealing with. I thought I was going crazy but instead it was just my relationship that was keeping me down.
Talk about micro aggression and manipulation and how powerful it can be and affect everyone around you including my children.
I want all of you here to know how letting others control you life you lose who you are and with a counselor in your corner you can makes some sense of it all.
Im not saying I’m healed but I am well on my way to getting my life back.
it’s not easy to admit your weaknesses but I know we all have them and addressing them is the only way out Suppressing was my to go to and I understand that.
i have made some big decisions now and I plan to continue on my own with helping my family keep going to my counselor and I know this or these challenges can be won one day.
