Counseling

Well today marks the first day of counseling and I was so nervous and didn’t know what was going to happen.  Would I feel better or worse thinking I was broken.

It was an hour of letting things out that I have never shared and my counselor made that easy for me sharing some things with me that resonated and I just followed with emotion and relaxed a bit.

The entire hour was gone so fast but so much was unveiled.

Good morning.  This is great to hear and knowing you are able to continue and keep working on your heath and learning the outcome and your future is bright.

We all have an opportunity to rise from situations with the helping hands of others and I’m glad I could be one of those hands.
