Nothing working

I’ve done and read everything to stop drinking.  I just have no control and just seeing a store that sells liquor I can’t help but go there.  I don’t sleep at all unless I just pass out.   I am alone and this is the only way I can cope.   I know you helped my friend and he said you would talk to me as you’ve been through this.  He said I could come here and you may see my message.  Hope you see it !

Hi there Eliz.  I am here most of the time and just logged on and saw your message.  It’s true I’ve been through most of what you are saying and I never passed a liquor store.  As much as I tried it was really like a magnet.  Coping with alcohol was definitely my thing.
