Advice Needed

Someone told me about this site and I could use some advice.  I have been struggling financially and I have been told that my gas will be shut off is I don’t catch up on my arrears   I don’t know what to do as  a senior and I’ve begged them to give me more time.  I’m selling every item I have worth anything and hope to make enough to keep the best on.  Can they really shut off my gas and can you help me ?
