        <p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi.  I know how difficult it can be and feel for you.  I have come here to say that I have made some strides to getting better and making sure I get out each day and just that makes me feel better.  Sometimes I go by the dog park and watch all the dogs and sometimes the skating rink near by and watch the hockey.   Little by little I feel better and on occasion I meet and chat with people.  Anyhow wanted to say hello and say you are not alone ❤️</p>
