All we see now is more deaths and more homeless due to mental health and lethal drugs .
We can build a soccer plex for 50 million but we can’t build a centre to help them. Have the money of a soccer plex could build a 500 bed detox centre so why don’t we. Our city council does not care about these people It’s plain to see they have no heart
